1. Return & Replacement Policy

At CLAYERE, we take great care to deliver premium-quality bathroom washbasins and sanitary products.
To ensure a smooth experience, please read our return guidelines:

Eligibility for Return / Replacement

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.

  • Customers must share unboxing video + photos within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels & accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or installation errors.

  • Custom-made, made-to-order, or discounted clearance products.

  • Installed washbasins cannot be returned.

Replacement Timeline

  • Once approved, replacement will be arranged within 7–10 working days.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement is not available.

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after pickup confirmation
